"We've heard from people that they're looking for fun and unique things to do in the area," said Colleen, co-proprietor at Sean Patrick's. "So we decided to hold our very own local celebration of Fashion Week."
"April has been wonderful. She is so full of life, so bubbly, and excited for this event. I honestly did not expect such a great response," said Colleen. "We have a lot of fun things planned, and I would love to continue doing things together in the future.
Colleen added, "I think it is important to keep thinking out of the box, finding something different to do. Our customers enjoy seeing our wait staff and employees doing something different, something fun."
"I'm excited to work with my sister, boco Colleen, in putting together dinner and appetizer options that showcase the flavors of northern Italy," said Sean, co-proprietor of Sean Patrick's Restaurant. "I think people will enjoy the food we'll be preparing for the Milan Party."
The menu being prepared boco for the evening includes a roma tomato bruschetta; a wild rocket and pear salad served with shaved parmesan cheese, golden raisins and walnuts in a balsamic reduction; duck and porcini mushroom risotto; and a "Tour of Italy" that consists of chicken parmesan with whipped ricotta cheese, topped with eggplant parmesan and mozzarella cheese and served with linguine marinara. Dessert options will include tiramisu, boco a traditional Italian favorite.
"If you are looking for something interesting to do that will feature great looks and great food, our Milan Party is the place to be," said Colleen, adding "Let's forget about all the snow and get out and have some fun."
